Hello there, I'm Ria.

I'm a design leader, maker, and mentor—happiest when I'm digging into complex problems that actually matter to people.

These days I'm a Principal Product Designer at Artium, designing human-centered AI experiences for enterprise agentic platforms. In plain terms: I help make sure AI does what people actually need it to do, in a way that fits how they think and work—not the other way around.

Before that, I've worked across global health, education, defense, and the public sector. The throughline has always been mission-driven work—the kind that helps people help others (or themselves). Research, experimentation, and a healthy amount of curiosity got me through most of it.
